Your logins are kept in a secure credential store your agent can't read, with 1Password integration coming soon. When shopping, a one-time card number is generated at checkout so your real card is never seen by the merchant or your agent. Eligible purchases are covered by Link’s purchase protections, a first for AI agents, and your conversations are not shared with Meta's ad systems.

How does Muse work?

Because it’s agentic AI, when you give Muse a task, it figures out which built-in skills it needs and gets to work. It can browse the web, pull information from connected apps, and take action across multiple steps. You stay in control by setting permissions, reviewing and approving what it does along the way.

Is Muse free?

Muse is available for free with a usage limit. If you reach your free limit and want more, you can upgrade to a paid subscription, or wait until your free usage limit refreshes.

Is Muse safe?

Yes. Muse is built with automated protections, agentic AI security standards, and user controls designed to prevent harmful content and unauthorized actions. It also uses a protective layer to stop your information from being shared without your approval. You can review your agent's activity, manage permissions, and report issues at any time.

Does Muse keep working after I close the app?

Yes. When you ask Muse to do something, it keeps working in the background whether you're actively using the app or not. For example, if you ask it to monitor daily weather reports and alert you about rain, it will do that on its own without you needing to check in.
